Anyone wishing to become a member of the network must submit a written request to management with the following documents:
- Letter of Intent
- Common Curriculum Vitae (Canadian Common CV).

All membership applications are evaluated by the network's management and leaders of the concerned strategic group on the basis of their eligibility and potential contribution to the network.
The status of every member is reviewed every two (2) years and the absence of any participation in scientific activities or contribution to the network entails a change of status or terminates membership.
All members must acknowledge their membership in the network and the financial contributions, if any.
