To fulfill its objective of recruiting and training researchers in the field of nursing intervention, RRISIQ's partner universities will be offering fellowships for the 2018-2019 academic year.
The application (doctoral) and evaluation process (masters, doctoral, postdoctoral) is administered by RRISIQ and the scientific committee of l'Ordre des infirmières et infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ).
This fellowship program is different from the one offered by the MEES.
Applications for masters and postdoctoral degrees are made through the RRISIQ website (see instructions in the information document for these programs at the bottom of the page)Note: For doctoral fellowship applications, the submission and evaluation processes are carried out in the same application which must be sent to the OIIQ (see instructions for this program in the information document at the bottom of the page).

- All amounts are conditional on available funds in the affiliated university.
- All applicants must notify the RRISIQ of any other fellowships or study bursaries already granted or to be received. If you have been awarded funding from any other organizations, the full RRISIQ fellowship is cancelled, but it is possible that top-up funding may be granted up to the maximum amount authorized by the FRQS : Maximum of $40,000 for Masters and $60,000 for Doctoral or Postdoctoral fellowships.
- For nursing professionals without a valid license to practice in Quebec, the fellowship amounts are $7,500 (Masters), $20,000 (Doctoral) and $25,000 (Postdoctoral).
