The Quebec Network on Nursing Intervention Research (RRISIQ) celebrates in 2024 more than 20 years of expertise in developing and evaluating innovative interventions and health practices. For this occasion, RRISIQ wishes to highlight its members' personal stories, collaborations, and unique experiences over the years!
Since its very beginnings, RRISIQ has achieved a remarkable evolution! Created in 2003 under the name of Groupe de recherche interuniversitaire en sciences infirmières de Montréal (GRISIM), it became Groupe de recherche interuniversitaire en interventions en sciences infirmières du Québec (GRIISIQ) in 2007, and finally, in 2012, RRISIQ as we know it today. The infrastructure provided over these years has been crucial in creating and consolidating a critical mass of researchers in nursing science, developing synergy among researchers from different universities in Quebec, supporting emerging researchers, and solidifying key partnerships.
However, behind the journey and each success are the people who have made this network what it is today.
