On November 19, 2013, RRISIQ organized this conference given by Dr. Sean Clarke (Professor, Ingram school of nursing, McGill University ) on current issues in the ethics of scholarship. This event was of particular interest to doctoral students, post-doctoral fellows and new investigators who are beginning to navigate a career in academia. It was an important opportunity to learn about issues (e.g., authorship, roles and contributions of co-investigators, self-plagiarism) that are of concern to all researchers, but often not addressed in training programs.
