"This conference will present a methodological approach that have been used over the past few years by a team of Quebec researchers to develop indicators that need to be prioritized in measuring the quality and the performance of nursing care. The presentation will allow to discuss three aspects of this approach: the conceptualization of a nursing care performance management framework, the methodology used to identify prioritized indicators, and the first experimentation initiatives for these indicators in a real situations. The presentation will conclude with the envisaged perspectives resulting from this work and the utility potential of this work for researchers."
