The Ordre des infirmières et des infirmiers du Québec (OIIQ) has more than 76 000 members and 16,000 registered students. Since its inception in 1974, it has been devoted to the protection of patients and advancement of the nursing profession.
RRISIQ works closely with OIIQ's Scientific Directorship, especially during RRISIQ's fellowship competition for master's, doctoral and post doctoral students, for which OIIQ assumes the coordination of the Scientific Evaluation Committee since 2013.
